    Performance+ Guaranteed Buyback Program - Americas

    Cascade products are built to last. However, when yours is finally ready to retire, we guarantee that your Cascade attachments will hold their value. With Cascade’s easy Buyback Program, you simply sell your used Cascade attachment back to us at a pre-determined price. In addition to recycling your used attachment, you benefit by walking away with cash in your pocket, whether you purchase a new Cascade attachment or not. Yet another way choosing Cascade equals a lower total cost of ownership.

    Guaranteed Buyback Program Guidelines

    The following outlines the guidelines for the Guaranteed Buyback Program between our Customer and Cascade Corporation (Cascade)*:

    Products Included:

    *Buyback values are established when offered on Cascade quotations, Order Acknowledgements and/or Order Invoices.
    Consult Cascade for the buyback values on products not included above. Sideshifters, Specialty Products, Forks, iForks, Integral Carriages, F, K and L Series Fork Positioners and Parts/Accessories/Hydraulics/Electrics/Other Options are not eligible for Buyback Program.

    Buyback Guidelines:
    Buyback values are valid when regularly scheduled maintenance has been performed per Cascades Service Manuals. Also requires that Cascade OEM Parts be used. The product must be returned whole, complete and operational.

    Final Inspection:
    Attachments must be returned to a Cascade location (Cascade will issue shipping documents specifying return location) for final inspection. Upon inspection, Cascade will inform the customer about acceptance of the buyback and confirm the buyback value. The customer will then invoice the attachments (to Cascade.)

    Freight Costs:

    Cascade will pay freight costs to ship attachments to a location of their choice within USA or Canada. Central America and South America customers outside of Brazil are responsible for getting the shipment to a USA or Canada port city.
    Brazil customers will return attachments to Cascade Brazil.

    Timing of Returns:
    Within 60 days of end of agreed upon term.

    Performance+ Three-Year Warranty Program

    What it is:

    • Our no-cost three-year pledge to our customers.
    • Includes all new Cascade attachments, forks, hose reels and service parts.
    • Any new Cascade product currently under warranty in the Americas, including attachments, parts, forks and accessories (excluding construction attachments), will now be warranted for an additional year, equaling a total of 3 years or 36 months.
    • Does NOT include construction, certified used or re-manufactured products.
