Cascade Weigh Forks, forklift scales, are a unique and innovative mobile weighing solution that lets you weigh your product as you move it. The wireless display uses Bluetooth® technology enabling you to view and track the weight of individual loads, total weight of multiple loads and number of individual units within a load. Common uses for mobile weighing are; incoming goods control, overload prevention, dosing, filling, waste management, order picking and inventory control.

Check Incoming Goods
Cascade weigh forks let you spot inaccurate deliveries immediately while they are being offloaded from the freight truck. If you know the weight and quantity of the items to be received, Cascade weigh forks allow you to count and verify shipments on the spot.
Prevent Order Picking Errors
When you know your article weight, you can check per line, whether the right amount of the product has been picked. Your WMS along with Cascade weigh forks will allow you to check the picked order for errors within seconds. Finding errors before shipment greatly reduces cost and increases customer satisfaction.
Filling
Cascade weigh forks will weigh containers during transport and simplify logistics. Eliminate the need of having to drive materials back and forth to a scale. Our Legal-For-Trade (NTEP approved) version is great for filling retail packaging
Mixing & Dosing
Cascade Weigh Forks helps you attain more cost effective and efficient mixing results by eliminating the need for an additional scale to accurately weigh and measure ingredients. With Weigh Forks the ingredients can be weighed and dosed straight from their container eliminating risk of contamination and product loss. The weight of each step can be recorded for tracking and tracing via wireless transfer to your handheld or truck mounted terminal.
Piece Counting
Cascade Weigh Forks count for you. Eliminate human error and increase speed in order picking and in checking shipments. Perfect for use in applications like the automotive industry where multiple parts or pieces are picked. The display can translate a measured weight into a quantity in order to show the actual number of pieces placed on the pallet. Quickly and confidently ensure you have the correct piece count.
Controlling Waste Flows
Use Weigh Forks to measure materials that are recycled, removed or destroyed at each point in your production process. By monitoring and recording your waste flows, you'll be able to measure and track your progress towards a more effective and efficient process and identify areas where processes should be optimized.
Shipping
Determining shipping weights as you move your products and eliminate unnecessary steps of driving to and from a separate scale. When Weigh Forks are equipped with a printer, it's easy to print out shipping weights, order numbers, date, time and more on a ticket for future reference. Eliminate claims from recipients due to shipments being incomplete.
Avoiding Overloads and Under Utilization
Cascade weigh forks constantly add up the loaded weights to a total weight, so that at any moment it is known how much weight has been loaded onto the freight truck. Thus, overloading or underloading is easily avoided. Get the most out of every shipment by knowing the exact weight being put on a truck or in a container. When placing loads into warehouse racking, Weigh Forks can also ensure that a driver complies with capacity limits.
