Performance+ Three-Year Warranty Program
Effective December 1st 2020, this new 3-year warranty is standard for all new forklift attachments and forks purchased in Europe (excluding construction attachments). It's one more way we can give you the best possible support over the lifetime of your Cascade products, and we look forward to providing this industry-leading coverage as part of our commitment to the highest quality customer service.
New Products:
Attachments and forks, are warranted for three years following date of installation. Cascade PERFORMANCE™
does NOT include Construction products.
Cascade Remanufactured Products:
Cascade Remanufactured Products are now warranted for 12 Months following date of installation.
Cascade Certified Used Products:
Cascade Certified Used Products are now warranted for 12 months from date of installation.
Warranty Preservation:
To preserve Cascade’s warranty, dealers and customers must carefully follow applicable Cascade Installation
Instructions, Service Manuals, Operator Guides and periodic maintenance schedules when maintaining and
operating Cascade equipment.
Customers must obtain Cascade authorization for repair other than removal or replacement of defective parts.
Unauthorized repairs or alterations, use of any parts other than Cascade genuine parts, or failure to follow
Cascade’s Installation Instructions, Service Manuals and Operator Guides will result in loss of warranty.
