Vice President - Asia | Mr. Altenhofen was appointed Vice President - Asia Pacific in 2008. Mr. Altenhofen started his career with Cascade in 1983 and has held numerous manufacturing, marketing, and management positions including Cascade Vice President – Americas and General Manager of Cascade's Companies in China. Additionally, Mr. Altenhofen served four years as President of an international medical device company. |

Vice President – Europe | Mr. Roncari was appointed Vice President - Europe in 2008. Mr. Roncari has 15 years of experience in the lift truck attachment business, holding many positions including Strategic Accounts Manager, and recently serving as Cascade’s Director of Engineering-Europe. |

Vice President—Construction Attachment Division | Mr. Kern has served as Vice President – Construction Attachment Division since 2007. He has been employed by Cascade since 1966 and has held several positions within the Company, including his appointments as Vice President – MHP Marketing and Sales in 2003, Director of Dealer Marketing and Sales in 2001 and Aftermarket Sales Manager in 1999. |

Corporate Vice President - Engineering & Marketing | Mr. Kreiter has served as Vice President - Engineering and Marketing since 2007. He joined Cascade in 1979 as a Design Engineer. He was named Corporate Director of Engineering in 2003, and was promoted to Vice President - Corporate Engineering in 2006. |

Vice President - Human Resources | Ms. Wright joined Cascade as Vice President of Human Resources in 2008. Ms. Wright has served as Director of Human Resources at Stanford Graduate School of Business and as Denso Corporation’s Vice President of Corporate Services, a Toyota affiliate tier one automotive component manufacturer, from 1978 to 1994. |

Treasurer | Mr. Cushing was appointed as Treasurer in 2001. He previously was the Company’s Assistant Treasurer from 1999 until 2001. Prior to joining the Company in 1999, Mr. Cushing was Assistant Treasurer for Fred Meyer, Inc., a retail company in Portland, Oregon. |
